As a native New Yorker, some of Marnie’s favorite campaigns have been during her decade at NYC & Company, the city’s tourism and marketing organization. As Managing Director, she oversaw the campaign and partnership development for programs that have become the cornerstone of NYC marketing initiatives.

Marnie’s success has been in developing strategies that have allowed for campaign growth, integrating fresh ideas and creating strategic multi-year partnerships that supported shared missions and goals, working alongside global brands from American Express, American Airlines, Sony, National Geographic, SYFY, AARP, The James Beard Foundation and many others.

Brands are her passion. Developing new ways to tell stories and gain visibility are always on her mind.

Barb is the Founder and Creative Director of Hatch Creative Studio, Grey Barn’s sister company. She has extensive experience working with both large and small brands on activations, strategic marketing initiatives and overall brand development. Barb led the Experiential Design on events for companies like Royal Caribbean, Degree, Excedrin, Hellmann’s, Ponds, Chobani, Lipton Tea and Disney to name a few.

Along with spreading her creative wings at Hatch, she is also an Adjunct Professor at The Fashion Institute of Technology. Barb’s classes span from Intro to Business for Creatives, Product Presentation which focuses on window design and fabrication to a course she crafted called Brand Activations/Experiential Design, as well as Portfolio and Senior Capstone.

Barb always has a rescue dog and is on the board for Funny For Fido a non-profit hosting an annual comedy night to raise money for animal rescue organizations.
